In “WAKE UP!” A woman, with a calm and predictable life, is suddenly put to the test night after night by a mysterious and chaotic character who appears in her dreams and shakes up her otherwise trivial existence.
Is this stranger there to help – or to reveal something she’s hidden away? What is it that she fears the most? And what does she truly long for?
In a game between dream and reality, where anything can happen, the two embark on a journey to confront the feeling of not being good enough and to unleash her hidden potential.
“WAKE UP!” is a comic and poetic performance where not a single word is spoken – and which takes place on the fine line between dream and reality. Here, deep questions about identity and fear are posed, while humor and a colorful universe make it accessible and engaging.
It is a story for everyone, young and old, who has struggled with the feeling of not being “good enough” and has longed to discover a version of themselves they have yet to meet.”
