La Lettera è forse lo spettacolo danese più conosciuto a livello internazionale. Dal suo debutto nel 1992, questo spettacolo è stato presentato nei quattro angoli del mondo. Lo hanno visto in Groenlandia e in Cina, in Spagna, Norvegia, Finlandia, Italia, Brasile e Giappone... più di 1600 repliche in 44 Paesi, fin ora.
Si tratta dello spettacolo più conosciuto di Paolo Nani. Già riconosciuto come un classico, che continua ad attrarre spettatori di tutte le età.
Solo sul palcoscenico, con pochi oggetti che possono stare tutti in una valigia, Paolo Nani da vita a 15 scene, variazioni di un unico tema, ma mostrate in 15 diverse varianti. La stessa storia è rappresentata all'indietro, con sorprese, in maniera volgare, senza mani, come in un film western, in un horror, in modalità circense, ecc... e tutto questo senza dire una singola parola.
LA LETTERA è uno studio brillante sullo stile, sull'inventiva e sul ritmo scenico. È ricco di dettagli e gags dall'inizio alla fine e non concede riposo ai muscoli della risata.
